There’s just something about the lines of a classic Mercedes saloon that looks so good when it’s sills are introduced to the tarmac. I’ve always wanted to build on after seeing this 1969 S-Class in Retro Cars magazine and latterly on Speedhunters.
Then there’s this 1960’s fintail which i recently wrote about on Sehr Gute;
The later 70’s models work well too;
Even the 80’s S-Classes can look awesome;
Air-bags are the way to go for the ultimate lows but i’ve heard that these cars a perfectly driveable on cut springs…
Is there a cooler daily than a slammed classic Merc?
